You only get 11 point's for the perk's but yes what you are seeing is a hack there are a lot of people running all perks and most people are hacked yes because 1/3 matchmaking server's you search for contains a source of hack boosting peoples ranks, infecting them with unlimited squad point's, insane score boosts and the legit player's of this game cant do nothing about it because activision wont pull there finger out to fix the problem instead they would rather ban people who have done nothing wrong its beyond a joke
