I tried to promote a member to Lt Commander and the App selected an apparently random (different) member and promoted him to commander and demoted me to Lt Commander. The user that is now (incorrectly) commander will not respond to messages or chat requests, doesn't even have Ghosts (I followed the email to more my elite clan over) and I cannot manage my clan. With Clan Wars coming up, this has basically crippled our clan and people are losing interest in Ghosts in general as a result of the issues and lack of support. Please help.
