The team leader pack is included with the download of the season pass. If you have the season pass purchased and you have it downloaded, the team leader pack will appear in your customization option in game, its not a separate thing you have to download. The season pass, prepares you for when there is a DLC release for the game in the future. I hope that clears it up for you.
