the problem with nerfing guns is that it ruins the game, BO2 fell into the trap of nerfing guns because the PDW was the best gun on the game and they nerfed it to have some more recoil, then suddenly all of the other guns were too op for the people who still used the PDW so they nurfed basically every gun and they were back to where they started.
