Free DLC - Festive Pack still doesn't work after being downloaded from PSN Store!!! ***PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE ASAP***

I just downloaded Festive Pack - Free DLC for COD Ghosts and still nothing happens, as I enter in game, the camouflage icon still apears available for Download, when I've already done it countless times @ PSN Store and no luck at all.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH HIS ISSUE PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO TO ENJOY MY FREE CHRISTMASSY DLC ?!
