Achievements say that I have Body Count. Merc. Not in my inventory HELP!

It says that I have the body count Merc ( says three clan wars, but it has been my second Platinum division)

however, none of the body count appear in my inventory! (Other than the camo for gun which I obtained last war) it also doesn't have the night owl unlocked.

My PSN is loyaltofear, I'm playing on PS3.
