Something else just came to mind ....
This unpleasant experience that is being denied, kinda feel like when MS was denying there were any issues with the original 360 and yet, it was very real.
Hence, it was so real, it cost them "real money" and others in the industry (hardware or software) learned a valuable lesson (if they didn't know already) ... don't admit you have an issue with your product it will cost you!
I need to be more careful in stating my thoughts, I could be accused of conspiracy theories and wearing aluminum foil hats ... yikes!
