then i would suggest you make your own game. again like i said if you give everyone something for getting a cap people will just wait around while one person does the work and benefit from it. anything 3arc or any other game developer does in there game is irrelevant i guess this is your first IW game. they don't use anything from other devs and if they do they usually break it.
again as i have stated before your reward for a cap is a chance to win if that's not enough reward for you stop playing objective based modes. no matter there will always be killwhores its funny you mention blops 2 giving the message that you needed to cap for killstreaks you must of not played that much huh? killwhores where still in dom and kc they just had a few more caps than they would in ghost especially with hardline. killstreaks are awarded to the right people the ones who earned them even in objective modes kills are required like i have said its called defending yes there are people who abuse it that's called life it will happen no matter what.
