Well weapon buffs & before they get a better balance of lag comp might be all in vain as you could very well nerf a gun then "perfect" lag comp and need to buff that gun later to make it competitive so you would be basically wasting your time until you get a better playing game.
Other Cod's later in the life cycle end up playing better after then clean up the major issues. BLOPS 2 played way better towards the end versus the beginning but lost many players in that timeframe including myself ( left for 4 months and had to relearn how to play COD when I returned) and it appears lessons learned from the past are completely forgotten by the time the new game comes out.
I just wish versus having to patch the game they said to themselves during developement " Hey, Remember in mw3 when people said the lag comp was off? Well lets get that right through testing and maybe patch up those exploits that we found in the game engine last time before we push it out to the public ..."
THEN people would complain less about beta testing a retail release version of the game and would be willingly to buy DLC .
But there are too many Mitches out there that buy the season pass and feed IW the $$ before even playing 20 seconds of the game. They ruin it for everyone as now its Day 18 and no patch to fix anything.
