Y'know what, I was having similar thoughts to this myself! In my war, my clans main competitors are from the US, we're EU so we had a major jump on them, which will most likely prove decisive. Thats not fair on them at all. I was thinking Saturday would be a good start day as more people are liable to be able to free up the day, and would make it easier for US clans to counteract the several hours headstart that EU clans get with this midweek start. Only problem I see with a friday start is that a lot of people work fridays, so it wouldn't stop the start time favouring EU clans...
Failing that, they may have to simply seperate clans out by region, which would be a shame. Good thinking and great thread OP.
