Accolades for COD Ghosts

  1. Good effects and nuances (i.e. smoke and fire from wreckage on Stonehaven and water hydrant on Warhawk, blood splatter on walls and soldier callouts)
  2. Unique map killstreaks (earned by field orders)
  3. Marksmen class weapons
  4. Squad system/customization
  5. Map interactions

Suggestions for Future Games

  1. More effects and nuances - Show players wearing ballistic vest and show dust effects shoot off them instead of blood when wearing them)
  2. Better animation of when players are hip-firing and aiming down the sights
  3. Remove death animations in favor of “bag of potatoes” death sequences - A headshot should make a player drop like a “bag of potatoes”.
  4. More building/cover damage - If a player drops a missile on someone in a building, it should at least expose the roof/cover for future bombardments to successful make contact. *Note: I’m not asking for Battlefield type destruction.
  5. More map interactions/options and the ability to sabotage them permanently during a match– Maps should have multiple time of day options i.e. nighttime etc. Also sabotage of map interactions could be done via a Saboteur perk similar to Engineer.
  6. Introduction of field kits/field equipment - For example, on the map Flooded players can go underwater for a short period of time, but if they had an oxygen-tank then they could stay underwater longer. Another example is most weapons have different configurations for different scenarios, for instance, the Colt M4 or the FN Scar. If a player were allowed to use a field kit, then they could go from using it for long range engagements to close quarter combat.
  7. Ambushing tactics– Maps could easily implement areas where players could use field equipment to set up ambushes. In the campaign, you do it all the time like when rappelling down a side of building or like infiltrating from underwater.
  8. Add a Gun Cage/Armory and a Firing Range– Here players could not only customize the look (allow players to create their own camos and reticles) of their weapon, but how it works. They should be able to store these customizations, compare with other customizations and test their capability similar to how Ghost Recon Future Soldier’s gunsmith. Also add attachment categories similar to how Battlefield 4 does with flashlights, laser, and secondary side-sights.
  9. Last but not least, integrate PlayStation Move and Xbox Kinect - I’m sure you guys are already delving into it, but if you could somehow make it work where you can sync a players movements to what they do on the screen that would not only be the “next gen” experience people want but once again set you apart of the competition more than you much in the way the first Modern Warfare did.

Continue the great work gentlemen!
