A statement from Activision a few months ago (see link) reads: : "Yes, Call of Duty® Elite will eventually phase out over time, with initial, minor changes planned to take place beginning in November, and then more changes in early 2014," in regards to the duration of its functionality. Unfortunately, the MW3 Challenges have already ended (you know, the ones where you were actually awarded COOL stuff...) and BO2 is soon to follow, if it hasn't already happened just today (2/6/14). "Early 2014" is upon us, I hope you took advantage of Elite while it lasted.
