You should give the PHOENIX FIRE clan a look. We are lvl 14 gold division and have placed either 1st or 2nd in all but two CWs so far. I personally made the switch to the PS4 last week but we have quite a few really good and active players on the PS3. Our clan size is 22 at the moment. Roughly 15 of those are on the PS3 with the remaining 7 on the PS4. We play mostly Core modes but we do have a few guys that love HC as well.
