It's happened to a number of people (there are a few posts on here). Basically IW are resetting people they identify have boosted, probably via hacked lobbies.
A number of people have come here pleading innocence, however IW have stated that they fully investigate issue and things like this are not up for debate.
I feel bad if you have not done anything (only you truely know either way), however from what others have said you will not be, or cannot even appeal to be, restored.
