I'm not trying to defend Activision but in the programming world, a virus, spam or mal-ware is available to be extracted from the infected computer into a file and the code causing harm is readily available to create a fix. In the console it's more difficult to find the area of millions of code lines that is exploited. It may take longer for the support team to come out with an update. Unless the "WORLD'S MOST STUPID HACKERS OR MODDERS" are willing to give up the code so a fix can be made. Hacks and mods will always be there just like viruses and malware for PCs. "In a world where games don't have mods or hacks, one man atemps to end all mods and hacks (Movies preview announcer voice)" It's our duty as gamers to report these for our love of gaming. People are taking the time to making things better for everyone. To say you are tired of gamers efforts to make things better even if there are no response from Activision is counter productive in itself. It seems like you are mad at Activision because you think you are not making a difference in your complaints so you take it out on others who are trying to do the right thing by making people aware of the issue.
