I agree mate. I love that Ghosts has diverged from the 3 lane strategy - it's something different and something else to master. The maps I pointed out I just don't see being visually fun or engaging - just cluttered. For instance, one of the most basic large maps Wasteland worked. You could play any style you wished, change up style for game mode, and visually was pleasing (in terms of distinct) compared to the other maps in MW2. Little things count in Cod - for me getting stuck on coke cans while trying to take a side step really grinds my gears.
Let me say this though --> Ghosts is my favorite set of maps, due to its diversity, since MW2. Don't get me wrong, I love previous maps to MW2, it's just my brain not remembering them as well.
