So I owned every COD released. IMO after W@W they just started going downhill further and further and now its pretty much beyond repair.
COD4 was my favourite and many other peoples favourite, and the reason COD4 worked so well is because it was simple! You got what you were given and you deal with it, few choices. Set killstreak rewards, and amazing maps. These days there is so much customisation and variance it just majorly unbalances the game. And the constant updates don't help either, nor the constant fan boys spamming emails to IW about what needs nerfing. And them catering to every concern anyone has.
The only way this franchise is going to be saved or made back into what it once was is if Treyarch and IW take a serious look at this game and see what its become. IMO a remodelled COD4, with a simple, basic feel to it is not nescesarily what everyone wants but I bet a million bucks it will play like everyone wants...
Please stop milking this game for every thing its worth, you only care about money any more and shipping the next failed map pack out the door.
So what do people want or think is best? A game where you can customise everything like what colour hat your remote control dog is wearing, or something that actually resembles realism and gives you limited options?
