Spectrum Camo on PS4 = BAN?

Hi,

i got ghosts hardened ed. for my ps4. I would like the spectrum camo

but i only see it for xbox. Now I was offered to buy it for PS4.

I did not buy it because i am afraid it would get me banned, is that true?
