I purchased a special offer Gem Pack (675 gems, I think) for $4.99 on 4/6/14, and the game crashed immediately after the transaction completed. I reopened the game, and the gems were not received. I've also restarted the device (Nexus 5) several times. That same day, I contacted Activision through link provided in the Google Play receipt. I requested a refund, but I still have not received any response, and the $4.99 payment has already cleared on my credit card.
