It's interesting that with all of these people speaking out that there has not been a single response outside of the canned 'CoC' references from Act/IW. One would think that communication would get to people who have some kind of influence at these firms. No one works OT at these companies? They don't have weekend shifts? This is a potential PR disaster for them, and there's no response...amazing. This has the potential to lose them millions of $ in future revenue, putting a huge blemish on the CoD legacy, and no one's even come out saying 'we're looking into it'...it blows my mind...have they taken a page from Fannie Mae, Citibank, etc?!?!?
It's one thing if it were just a fluke, hack, mistake...but then reading responses about calls made to cust service basically stating 'tough' really ticks me off. Much like some of the people here who don't know the truth, don't work for either company, yet regurgitate the company line...as if it's infallible. I for one know that I did nothing to warrant being banned, and then when I post something about it...maybe seeking a resolution or something to give me hope, I have people who have nothing better to do w/ their time calling me a cheat and a liar.
I think that if either of these companies admit fault, those forum members who have been so overly unsympathetic to their fellow consumers should voluntarily ban themselves.
