So, I've discovered why people say the job market is terrible right now. I decided to take a job at Target for now and work there along with my current part-time one with my old school. It's not exactly what I was hoping for, but it pays the bills. I'm not totally sure if I'm excited or disappointed right now, but at least I'll have some decent income finally. It's kinda lame to work hard in college and get a 3.9 GPA only to not have any place hire you because they can get an experienced person who's out of a job. Though I guess it's also lame that the experienced person was out of a job in the first place. So, yeah, bad job market.
@Hawk: I am just that amazing, of course. Events seem to be where you can get all the coolest heroes, too. It seems like you only get some basic starter heroes in the story, along with a few tokens that give you random chances for other heroes.
Any enemy that even comes within a 20-foot radius is defeated by the giant hotdog's terrible power! Yeah, I think Fujin and Raijin were kinda combination of the two. They were super loyal friends to Seifer, which is obviously a good thing. They should've stood up and knocked some sense into him when he started to go down a bad path, though. That's obviously easier said than done, but it definitely would've been better if they would've tried to get Seifer to see what he was doing was crazy.
Awful? It's awesome and super fun! haha, I guess I just like fights like that. I think she has a move that instantly kills your summons, but you can summon them and use their massive overdrive attacks that deal crazy damage before she uses it. Most of them deal 9999 damage by the end of the game, and Bahamut even goes over the max of 9999. Yeah, it was pretty broken if you knew a few special spells or combinations. I think I mostly knew all this stuff because I originally played it back when I used guides, though. I probably wouldn't have found these kinds of combinations without looking at one, since it's not like it's obvious what something like Aura does based on the name. Though I'm pretty sure the reason you never did any crazy quick boss kills was because you weren't drawing many spells. Drawing certain spells and junctioning them is what makes your characters super powerful. Yeah, I'm always more about story than gameplay in games, which is probably a big part of why I like RPGs a lot. No, they need to do the most harmless sports like alligator wrestling! No one ever gets hurt doing that!
