Re: Camping in Ghosts explained

What I think, first off, is that we all have our opinions on "camping". Is there an absolute definition? Someone that literally stays in a very small and particular spot for most or all of a match, I'm not gonna argue with that. Do I actually see THAT though, not really. Same goes for the older games. There are multiple reasons why a player may appear as (generic definition) a "camper". Perhaps they really are just sitting in that one spot minute after minute. Maybe they weren't, maybe they JUST got to that spot but were there long enough for someone to think they were "camping". Consider field orders. A prone kill? Okay. Is there really a way to do it without looking bad? Maybe a player really wants one more kill or maybe the match is about to be decided. I like to be careful when I'm close to a loki or if there's just a few more kills until victory and the teams are near tied.

I see what you're saying and I think it's great. It's something that players should consider. I'm not disagreeing with you, but I believe there's another thing that should be highly considered. CoD has progressively become more competitive and popular. Thus the increase in these competitive players and trash talking. It's all over other posts and I see it often in game. You kill some of these players and they flip out calling you a camper just because they're pissed. THAT is what's increasing. Totally opinion here, I believe "camping" is being said more than it is done.
