There are no hackers.
The PS4 is not hacked, therefore hackers cannot run unsigned code. This means they cannot alter the game code - so there are no 'hacks' on the PS4, or Xbox One like there are on the old consoles, which are hacked and so people can alter the game code and do magical things.
