I'm above average, but nothing special by any means... I know a lot of players better than myself, but 99% of the time i'm someone that can hold my own and i'm not going to need them to carry the team. But even that is down to a LOT of hours practice, a lot of time there is a lot of luck in the game... Most people I ever see with high K/D's run kill streaks and rely heavily on them to get control of the game, if you screw that most of them crumble. There's no shortage of silly K/D's on Ghost's... I swear seeing rooms where the average in the room is 2/3 is a lot more common than finding rooms with 0.8/1.8's. That might just be our luck with the servers but it seems like a ridiculous amount of people are as good as their K/D's suggest. I play above my K/D, it's not saying much my K/D is only a 0.994... but there's a lot to be considered, yeah I could sit in a corner and get a higher K/D, in fact I could even play 'smarter'. But i'm a team player, i'll pick up tags, i'll defuse bombs, i'll cap objectives... I'm also a patch/camo/uniform collector, so i'll end up using a lot of things I suck with. I'm a runner and gunner so i'm reckless in general, but i'm also someone who really only prefers sub machine guns or assault rifles... when it comes to snipers, lmg's or even the perks other styles of play require. It doesn't suit me, I had my K/D down at barely 0.8 because I was fannying around trying to get both gillie suits back when the operations were locked so I ended up doing them both separate. Add into all of that, that I enjoy trolling and the spawns can be iffy in the game... So yeah I play better than my stats, i'd definitely not have a 3.0 but I can kill the people who do nothing but worrying about their stats. Ironically that gets me called a cheat or hacker because 'there's no way someone with that K/D could own me'.
