It seems alright on my end. But I deleted Onslaught and re-installed Ghosts as I find having the DLC lessens the pool of players for you to match up with. Seems most players online don't have the DLC content and from my experience, when the game searches for a lobby it matches up with players with the same map packs as you. Give that a try.
