We moderators can't really answer for Infinity Ward. We can share our experiences to some extent, those moderators that attended the MP reveal at least, but this kind of question has to come from a developer.

 

I understand the question is very important to you though.

Have you looked at the new feature "squads"

it's like combat training from bo2 on steriods.. along with playing the same modes you find in multiplayer it has special modes just for squads and a very in depth system to manage your AI squad mates . You can also rank up so it sounds like something you may enjoy? Me personaly am really looking forward to this feature
