I disagree that it forces progression at all. a good camping/defensive team can still effectively hold down or lock down an area even if a uav is up in any of the cods. all uav does it make red dot chasing easier but that does not make a player better or more likely to get a kill thus making the game move foward more unless your the defending team beeing fed kills by the idiot dot chasers.
