secret note on origins. friend said its alternate ee?

After generator 2 on your way to no mans land , on the lower level of the staircase room next to the workbench there is a map hanging on the wall. Shoot it or knife it until it falls off of the wall. There's a hole behind it with a note inside with tiny script I can't tell what it says. I think a scoped weapon is needed
