What I mean is, they create the illusion of lag. The game can't always keep up with the speed of the animations. Thus, players get the feeling or illusion of lag even if they have a perfect connection.

Pretty sure that grenade throwing was lowered in BO2 not Ghosts. So Strong Arm does increase the distance. I could be wrong though. I agree with your point, but my solution would be to buff Strong Arm...
