Windows 8 costs $100+, 8.1 costs $200+
Both of these options require you to have a touch screen.
The App does not work on PC despite windows 8 or 8.1 because the App does not work on a screen larger than Seven inches. (unless it's a tablet)
You can download Blue-stacks for your PC and put the app on that but again you run into the seven inch problem and the App cannot be updated once downloaded.
Enough is Enough!
It's time they put the Darn App into the game. forget PC, forget Phones, forget Tablets.
It needs to be in the Barracks option along with the rest of the Clan stuff.
